Position Summary: A Inside Sales Representative will assist insurance agents in buying insurance leads within the U.S. They will be responsible for building a foundation with these agents to establish long-term relationships. Inside Sales Representative must be able to communicate with the agents through phone, email or fax.
Position responsibilities:
- Selling leads across the U.S. to Insurance Agents
- Must be able to communicate and develop relationships over the phone
- Demonstrates the ability to present our business with professional integrity
- Ability to learn and maintain Leads 360 application
- Prepare contracts accurately
- Work with team members to meet sales goals
- Provide daily and/or weekly status reports as directed by the sales manager
- Perform other task deemed necessary by Sales Manager
Essential skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- 1+ years Insurance experience or knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
- 2+ years of sales experience is necessary
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing
- Learn and implement documentation process
- Ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of the basic computer operations including outlook, word, and excel
Reporting to this position: No direct reports
Pay Range: $16.00 per hour plus commission
